Stroller Donation

In the spirit of a post-holiday clean & purge, I was finally ready to say ‘good-bye’ to a couple of strollers I hadn’t used in a while.  Sure, they were in pretty good condition and I could probably sell them on Craig’s List, but I liked the idea of donating them.  So I contacted a local (Chicago)shelter for women & children called Greenhouse.     It couldn’t have been an easier, more feel-good experience!  Everyone was so warm and appreciative, and I was so happy to have helped.  If you live in Chicago and want to donate your used stroller(s) to Greenhouse I would be happy to pass along the information.  If you are not in Chicago, I urge you to locate your local shelter for women & children, and please tell us about it!  You may have a neighbor who would like to make a donation as well
